BUT WHAT IS OKARA?
Okara is the residual pulp generated during the making of tofu.
Indeed, for every kilo of tofu produced, at least the same amount of okara is generated and left behind. And yet, okara is very nutritious.
Thanks to our friends at Soya Distinction, the okara is rescued and upcycled.
